Big Releases For February 2026

For some strange reason, at least 3 of the biggest releases of the month come out on the same day. So With the exception of 1 movie, I will be speaking on these movies on the possible order I will see them in;

 Goat- February 13
If anything, I'm most likely going to see this first, probably because this is the movie I'm worried for the most. So far it looks cool, but looks can be deceiving. I don't see this bombing at the box-office, but I don't see it being a draw either. Same goes with critics. For Spider-Verse's sake (same studio), I really hope this movie is good.

 Wuthering Heights- February 13
Everybody and their mothers are already hating on this movie. From Jacob Elordi's supposedly whitewashed casting, to the fake romance between him and Robbie, literally everyone has had something to say about this movie and most of it isn't good. Now don't get me wrong, I'm going to see this and the movie itself looks fine to me. I would also take Emerald Fennell's previous work into consideration if I we're ya'll (Promising Young Woman, Saltburn, which also stars Elordi). But if critics like this and the audience doesn't, then the audience is probably right.

  Crime 101- February 13
Now for some reason this movie feels kind of cheesy to me. Maybe it's because I do not take Chris Hemsworth or Halle Berry seriously, but that's just me. We're still early in the year, so a more realistic prediction would be critics hating on this movie, but you never really know. I see this doing decently at the box-office, but not a magnet.

 Scream 7- February 27
How much longer are they gonna keep doing these Scream movies, and how on EARTH have the newer movies stayed consistent over the years? The new franchise is bound to crash and burn at some point, maybe this movie will be the start. This film is definitely going to do good at the box-office, but I have no interest in seeing this.

Last Minute Music Reviews

  So here are some last minute reviews of songs that I've heard over the past few months that did not reach #1;   Where Is My Husband - Raye This is incredibly fun and strangely catchy. While this is not officially a jazz song, this obviously has jazz influence and it works very well for this song. I will go ahead and admit that this is my introduction to Raya, I have not listened to Oscar Winning Tears . So far, I'm intrigued.    Midnight Sun - Zara Larsson This song is kind of AWESOME. Not only is the production GORGEOUS, but it also has a very nice hook that goes smoothly with Larsson's voice. My sister actually recommended this song to me and I see why. Larsson does currently have a Grammy nomination for this. She's gonna lose, but I'm glad this song got recognized. If my sister see's this, thank you.   How It's Done - Huntrix (From KPop Demon Hunters ) I have been meaning to review this for a while, but I kept getting lazy. Like Golden , this song has g...

What The Hell Did I Even Watch!?!🤣

I think ever since Lady Gaga's performance in A Star Is Born , musicians have been trying to jump in on the band wagon. The Weekend is one of those musicians who's trying, and failing miserably. First he tried with The Idol , and we all saw how that crashed and burned. And now he decided to turn his newest album Hurry Up Tomorrow into a movie, where he plays a fictionalized version of himself. Oh yeah, Jenna Ortega and  Barry Keoghan are in this too.  The Weekend is obviously on this vendetta to prove to people that he can act, and it's getting kind of pathetic. The movie is just.....not good.  There's barely even a plot, it's just an elongated music video that involves The Weekend crying too much. Now, I will give him some credit for actually trying this time (unlike in The Idol ). But unfortunately, instead of coming off as a troubled musician, this felt like I was watching one of the 3-5 year-olds my mom deals with at her job. I'm aware that this movie was in...
