Tron Review

Tron in my opinion did not need another movie, but I was not terribly annoyed when this movie was announced considering how much I liked Tron: Legacy. Ares is a program created by Dillinger's power-hungry CEO grandson, who's Hell-bent on retrieving Kevin Flynn's  "Permanence Code" from Greta Lee.

I personally did like the movie, I found it to be entertaining and action packed. The film did have some nostalgia, It paid tribute to the original Tron and even had some references to Tron: Legacy. And of course it was nice to see Jeff Bridges. The action scenes were a strong point for the movie, nothing amazing but still entertaining. Another strong point was of course the music. I would not say I like it more than Tron: Legacy's, but NIN did a good job.

In terms of flaws, some of the acting was slightly wooden and the characters are not the most memorable. The actors somewhat did the best with what they were given, but that is not saying much.

But overall, I was fine with the movie. It just is not amazing. Thanks For Reading

American Idol 2025 Thoughts: Day 1

American Idol  has officially reached its live shows so that means it's time to start the commentaries. For those of you who didn't track these last year, here's an explanation; I will be saying my thoughts on the contestants and their performances. In typical 'me' fashion, I will rank each performance to #1. But unlike my normal lists, this will be from worst to best.  This will be starting the following week as today is just an introduction. Our Top 24 has been chosen and they are as follows;     Canaan James Hill (Platinum)             Gabby Simone  Zaylie Windsor                         Mattie Pruitt  Thunderstorm Artis                  Drew Ryn  Che                                     ...

Introduction

Bio My name is Naomi Marie Elidios Chadwick. I was born in San Diego, California, but I currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I pretty much have a traditional family, which involves happily married parents, 1 younger sister, and an older brother. I was raised Christian, and I continue to practice Christianity to this day. This is not a spiritual blog but some of the content that I post is influenced by my faith. Every now and then I will post Christian content as well, just not always (except with Billboard ). The picture you see up above is me at the airport with my father after I graduated from AmeriCorps NCCC after 10 months of community service. In response I received a congressional award for community service. I've always been really proud of that. I was diagnosed with Asperger's (a form of Autism) around the age of 6, but I was not informed of my diagnosis until I was 12. I'm very into movies and television (animation especially), and pop culture as a whole, and I...

American Idol 2025 Day 2: Top 24

I would like to say that for the first week of live shows, a good majority of contestants either did REALLY good or better than they should have. I personally was very impressed with the last 2 days. With that being said, I still gotta rank. Today I will be ranking every single performance from worst to best. This ranking is solely based on my opinion. If you have not read last week's introduction, I highly suggest you read that first before this ranking;   Worst Performance Of The Week:  Baylee Littrell Happy - Pharrell This really kills me. Not sure what he was thinking with this song choice #23: Josh King I'm Still Standing - Elton John Him and Baylee equally sucked. But at least this song was more in Josh's league #22: Olivier Bergeron   I'm Not Okay - Jelly Roll He's kind of bland to me #21: Desmond Roberts Do I Do - Stevie Wonder Needs to calm down a little #20: John Foster Callin' Baton Rouge - Various Also kind of bland #19: Kyana Fanene I Am - St...
