American Idol Day 8: Judge's Choice

Last night, the Idol contestants sang a song of one of the judge's choice (which are normally ridiculous songs). Due to Katy Perry winning the game and saving a contestant, only one person went home;

KB Richins- Well that was a surprise😳

So like always, let's rank;

#7: McKenna Faith Breinholt

Everywhere I Go- Lissie
She's probably going home soon

#6: Triston Harper

Sand In My Boots- Morgan Wallen
He was fine, that's it

#5: Will Moseley

Folsom House Blues- Johnny Cash
Well Done

#4: Abi Carter

Bring Me To Life-  Evanescence
Literally the perfect song for her

#3: Julia Gagnon

Over The Rainbow From The Wizard Of Oz
Overcovered but probably her best performance

#2: Jack Blocker

Always On My Mind- Willie Nelson
Probably his best performance. And without his guitar too

Best Performance: Emmy Russell

Coal Miner's Daughter- Loretta Lynn
Your grandma would be proud 😊👏🏾

  American Idol  has officially reached its live shows so that means it's time to start the commentaries. For those of you who didn't track these last year, here's an explanation; I will be saying my thoughts on the contestants and their performances. First Day Of 2024/2025 Awards Race

  It is about that time of year again where Hollywood gives out its most prestigious awards to most of the time the least deserving. But that doesn't mean I'm not gonna pay attention like always. But this year we will be shaking things up a little. Allow me to explain; Here's How This Works: Each year, I will have a target subject I'm rooting for this season. When the nominations for each award show are announced, I will do a small commentary on whether or not the subject has a chance of winning. However, this year instead of focusing on just the target, I will also be focusing on those I think are frontrunners in different categories for the season as a whole, whether I'm rooting for them or not.  I will most likely say a last minute thought the day before the award show. I will be tracking down all the way up to the big dogs: THE OSCARS. The Awards: We will be focusing on 5 awards; -The Golden Globes -The BAFTA's -The Critics Choice -The SAG Awards and Of Cour...

Red One & The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

I present to you, a Christmas Double Review. Red One centers on The Rock and Captain America trying to find J.K. Simmons (Santa) after he's been kidnapped. The Best Christmas Pageant Ever  is obviously based on the book of the same name and of course involves throwing a Christmas pageant with some of the worst kids in existence.  Red One This was a very strange movie. I don't hate it as much as others do, but I see why people hate it. I will admit there were some parts that were a little too ridiculous and I didn't laugh as much as I would've liked. Also, with all due respect to Kiernan Shipka, she was not a good casting for the main villain. Her performance just didn't work for me. She wasn't intimidating at all, and she still looks like a child. I'm sorry but I just could not take her seriously. But I also feel it had some heartwarming moments as well, particularly involving Chris Evans' character and his son. I wouldn't say this movie was good, bu...
