You Are So Invited To This Review

My sister suggested this movie a few months ago. I kind of shrugged it off until last week. It centers around Stacy and her best friend Lydia, who's friendship (and bat mitzvah plans) goes into danger territory when a crush gets in the way.

This movie isn't anything super special, but I thought it was cute. Given how exploitative and unrealistic the media is with kids (Euphoria for example), it was nice seeing kids somewhat acting like kids. They're BAD kids, but what do you expect? There kids. If they don't make mistakes, how can they grow up and learn. I also liked how it kind of educated it's audience on the Jewish culture. It helped that a majority of the main cast (Adam Sandler's family, with the exception of Idina Menzel) is Jewish in real life. Sandler was hilarious as always. His fight scene with his daughter was probably my favorite scene in the movie. It was HILARIOUS!

I don't really have anything else to say. Cute movie, I recommend it, that's it. Thanks For Reading.

American Idol 2025 Thoughts: Day 1

American Idol  has officially reached its live shows so that means it's time to start the commentaries. For those of you who didn't track these last year, here's an explanation; I will be saying my thoughts on the contestants and their performances. Our Top 24 has been chosen and they are as follows;     Canaan James Hill (Platinum)             Gabby Simone  Zaylie Windsor                         Mattie Pruitt  Thunderstorm Artis                  Drew Ryn  Che                                     ...

American Idol 2025 Day 2: Top 24

I would like to say that for the first week of live shows, a good majority of contestants either did REALLY good or better than they should have. I personally was very impressed with the last 2 days. With that being said, I still gotta rank. Today I will be ranking every single performance from worst to best. This ranking is solely based on my opinion. If you have not read last week's introduction, I highly suggest you read that first before this ranking;   Worst Performance Of The Week:  Baylee Littrell Happy - Pharrell This really kills me. Not sure what he was thinking with this song choice #23: Josh King I'm Still Standing - Elton John Him and Baylee equally sucked. But at least this song was more in Josh's league #22: Olivier Bergeron   I'm Not Okay - Jelly Roll He's kind of bland to me #21: Desmond Roberts Do I Do - Stevie Wonder Needs to calm down a little #20: John Foster Callin' Baton Rouge - Various Also kind of bland #19: Kyana Fanene I Am - St...

Introduction

Bio My name is Naomi Marie Elidios Chadwick. I was born in San Diego, California, but I currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I pretty much have a traditional family, which involves happily married parents, 1 younger sister, and an older brother. I was raised Christian, and I continue to practice Christianity to this day. This is not a spiritual blog but some of the content that I post is influenced by my faith. Every now and then I will post Christian content as well, just not always (except with Billboard ). The picture you see up above is me at the airport with my father after I graduated from AmeriCorps NCCC after 10 months of community service. In response I received a congressional award for community service. I've always been really proud of that. I was diagnosed with Asperger's (a form of Autism) around the age of 6, but I was not informed of my diagnosis until I was 12. I'm very into movies and television (animation especially), and pop culture as a whole, and I...
